Quick answers

Do I need an eye exam if I see fine?

Yes. An exam checks the health of your eyes as well as your vision, and some eye problems cause no change in how you see at first.

Can I go to any office?

Yes. All four offices keep the same records, follow the same policies and use the same forms. You can change offices from one visit to the next.

Do you work with my vision plan?

We work with many vision plans and with medical insurance. Call any office or send the form, and we check your plan before the visit.

Can I fill my prescription somewhere else?

Yes. Your prescription is yours. We give you a copy after your exam and fitting, and you can fill it anywhere.

What if I have an eye emergency?

Sudden vision loss, a curtain over your vision, a sudden shower of floaters, an eye injury or a chemical splash: call an office or go to the nearest emergency room now. In an emergency, call 911.
